Problem exporting video

Hello,

I just went to export a 55-minute screen capture video using the High quality setting (with audio turned off, scaled to 75%). The resulting file was around 230MB, but the content went black at exactly 36:00.

I'm attempting to export again but thought you should know.

Otherwise, love ScreenFlow so far!

Hi Again Chris:

We've been able to isolate and fix the problem regarding black frames during

export.

If you download the latest version of ScreenFlow from our website, you'll

find that it should fix this problem. There is no need to re-record, just

export again after you have updated.

To update, please:

  1. Quit ScreenFlow
  2. Quit the ScreenFlowHelper (the small menu in your menu bar).
  3. Download the latest ScreenFlow from our website
  4. Launch and verify: Open "About ScreenFlow" and you should see:

Version 1.0.1 (9862)

You should now be able to export your 55 minute presentation.

Please do let me know if you still have problems with the finished export.
