the "slim" button should pulse once you've picked apps to slim, like skitch's "share" button... otherwise it's hard to see what you do next:
i think the history interface could be improved as well... maybe integrate it into the main view: "last slimmed on..." "never slimmed..." etc... having it on the "back" of the app is a little weird.
